I am great at breaking down large projects into monthly, weekly, and daily tasks. I am extremely organized and that ensures I plan and execute projects successfully within schedules and budgets.

I have 10,000+ hours of educating adult learners (phone/web/onsite).

I am an adult education expert. I know how most adults learn, and I understand their time is incredibly valuable. I leverage the depth of my experience as I follow ADDIE principles to create accessible and relevant training materials. As a Project Management Professional, I am a servant leader. My priority is to enable customer understanding and, as a result, increase their satisfaction and loyalty.

I have helped 600+ organizations successfully implement new software platforms.

Change management can be challenging without experienced leaders and educators. I have worked with resistant clients, some of whom directly opposed their leadership's move to automation. I used emotional intelligence to address their fears, and, by taking the time to consider their needs, I created relationships built on trust. Often, I became a valued resource during and after implementation.

Outside of Work

When not working on house projects, I am hobby-driven and dedicate any free time to those pursuits.

I am a piano/bass player and practice most days with my husband. He sings, plays drums and guitar. We are diehard Toadies fans!

I am also an Adult Fan of LEGO (AFOL) and love to build music, flower, and car sets.
